De Commissie heeft exclusieve bevoegdheden voor toezicht op en handhaving van hoofdstuk V, rekening houdend met de procedurele waarborgen krachtens artikel 94. De Commissie belast het AI-bureau met de uitvoering van deze taken, onverminderd de organisatiebevoegdheden van de Commissie en de bevoegdheidsverdeling tussen de lidstaten en de Unie op grond van de Verdragen. 2.
