De lidstaten schrijven voor dat elk lid van hun toezichthoudende autoriteiten volgens een transparante procedure wordt benoemd door: 2. Elk lid beschikt over de nodige kwalificaties, ervaring en vaardigheden, met name op het gebied van de bescherming van persoonsgegevens, voor het uitvoeren van zijn taken en het uitoefenen van zijn bevoegdheden. 3. De taken van een lid eindigen bij het verstrijken van de ambtstermijn, bij ontslag of bij verplichte pensionering overeenkomstig de wetgeving van de lidstaat in kwestie. 4.
