Iedere toezichthoudende autoriteit dient in voorkomend geval deel te nemen aan gezamenlijke acties met andere toezichthoudende autoriteiten. Iedere aangezochte toezichthoudende autoriteit dient verplicht te zijn binnen een welbepaalde termijn op het verzoek te reageren.
