Een aanbieder van hostingdiensten die kennis krijgt van informatie die aanleiding geeft tot een vermoeden dat een strafbaar feit is, wordt of waarschijnlijk zal worden gepleegd waarbij het leven of de veiligheid van een persoon of personen wordt bedreigd, brengt de rechtshandhavings- of gerechtelijke autoriteiten van de betrokken lidstaat of lidstaten onverwijld op de hoogte van zijn vermoeden en verstrekt alle beschikbare relevante informatie. 2.
