In deze richtlijn moeten overeenkomstig Verordening (EU) 2016/679 regels worden vastgesteld voor de samenwerking tussen de bevoegde autoriteiten en de toezichthoudende autoriteiten bij de behandeling van inbreuken op deze richtlijn in verband met persoonsgegevens.
