Please accept our apologies for the delay in replying, but the matter has been submitted to the relevant working group for discussion. Following the discussions, we would like to kindly inform you that, as with all stakeholders, the EDPB is generally open to receive your input in the context of any matters related to its work. Furthermore, as you underlined, the EDPB is committed to act in full compliance with the Charter and the EDPB Rules of Procedure. We take the opportunity to kindly let you know that the request for an opinion that you refer to in your letter was withdrawn by the Italian Supervisory Authority, and therefore the EDPB is no longer drafting such an opinion. However, should you wish to share your views regarding this specific GDPR-related matter with the EDPB, you are welcome to do so, but please note that such information will not be treated in the context of either a right to be heard or a public consultation - which follows its own specific procedure -, but rather as general input provided by a stakeholder, that we will gladly share with the relevant members.
