As a preliminary point, it must be borne in mind that, in interpreting a provision of EU law, it is necessary to consider not only its wording but also its context and the objectives pursued by the legislation of which it forms part (judgment of 4 October 2024, Lindenapotheke, C‑21/23, EU:C:2024:846, paragraph 52 and the case-law cited).
