The fundamental rights enshrined in Articles 7 and 8 of the Charter are not absolute rights, but must be considered in relation to their function in society (see judgment of 21 June 2022, Ligue des droits humains, C‑817/19, EU:C:2022:491, paragraph 112 and the case-law cited).
