Aylo Freesites claims that the Court should: – set aside the order under appeal; – suspend the operation of the decision at issue, in so far as the effect thereof is to require it to make an advertisement repository publicly available under Article 39 of Regulation 2022/2065, as regards the information referred to in Article 39(2)(b) and (c) of that regulation, in so far as that information relates to natural persons, and – order the Commission to pay the costs.
