By the second part of its first ground of appeal, Aylo Freesites submits that the assessment in the second sentence of paragraph 111 of the order under appeal, to the effect that Aylo Freesites did not specify whether the information referred to in Article 39(2)(b) and (c) of Regulation 2022/2065 suffices to identify the natural persons in the advertisement repository referred to in Article 39 of that regulation, is vitiated by a distortion of its pleadings at first instance and a number of errors of law.
