Second, as regards the applicant’s argument that account must be taken of additional interests of third parties, businesspersons and companies who have relied on their business secrets remaining protected from disclosure, which should ultimately tip the balance in favour of the applicant, it must be borne in mind that the EU legislature specifically provides, in Article 39(2)(b) and (c) of Regulation 2022/2065, that the repository in question is to include at least information on the natural or legal person on whose behalf the advertisement is presented and on the natural or legal person who paid for the advertisement.
