By a measure of organisation of procedure of 2 April 2024, the President of the General Court requested the parties to submit their observations on the consequences to be drawn, for the present case, from the order of 27 March 2024, Commission v Amazon Services Europe (C‑639/23 P(R), EU:C:2024:277).
