Vanaf 1 september is de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) verplicht om boetes en andere AVG-sancties te publiceren. Dat komt door een wetswijziging. Het openbaar maken van AVG-sancties maakt het voor organisaties duidelijker welke normen de AP hanteert en wat de gevolgen zijn als zij zich daar niet aan houden.
