Credit Scoring Two weeks ago, noyb sent a cease-and-desist letter to SCHUFA regarding its shadow database. At the same time, we announced that we would bring an injunction should the credit reference agency refuse to comply with the requests set out therein. SCHUFA’s deadline has now expired. In a public statement, it has rejected the allegations. Therefore, it is now certain: noyb will file an injunction.
