The Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP) has imposed a fine of EUR 5,000 on Glove Technology SRL. The controller had installed a video surveillance system that audiovisually monitored employees at their workplace and recorded conversations between them to be used against them. The DPA found that the controller had violated Art. 5 (1) a) GDPR and Art. 6 (1) GDPR.
