These documents contained numerous personal data such as name, surname, sender and recipient address, telephone number, user names and passwords as well as e-mail addresses. During its investigation, the DPA found that the public disclosure had occurred as a result of the company's failure to implement adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
