The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 6,000 on the association UNION DE OFICIALES DE LA GUARDIA CIVIL PROFESIONAL. A person had filed a complaint with the DPA because the controller had contacted them without them being a member of the association or otherwise having given their permission to be contacted.
