The Spanish DPA (AEPD) has imposed a fine of EUR 20,000 RCI BANQUE, S.A. SUCURSAL EN ESPAÑA. A data subject complained that she was receiving text messages from the controller, despite having requested the deletion of their personal data from the controllers's databases.
