The Spanish DPA has fined EXPLOTACIONES HOSTELERAS Y DE OCIO ALBACETEÑAS, S.L. EUR 500. The controller had installed video surveillance cameras which, among other things, also covered the public street. The DPA considered this a violation of the principle of data minimization.
