The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 70,000 on SUMINISTRADOR IBÉRICO DE ENERGÍA, S.L.. A customer had filed a complaint with the DPA due to the fact that the controller carried out a change of their electricity and gas supply company without obtaining their consent beforehand.
