The Romanian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 1,000 on Cez Vânzare S.A.. The controller had accidentally sent emails containing personal customer data to the wrong recipients. The DPA found that the controller had failed to implement adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
