The Italian DPA has fined Mednow Medical Center di Giugni Marco EUR 10,000. An individual had filed a complaint with the DPA because the controller had inadvertently sent the results of a medical examination to the wrong recipient. In addition, the controller had failed to properly fulfill the individual's data subject rights and only complied with the data subject's requests upon the DPA's notice.
