The Romanian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 3,000 on Mensajero SRL. The controller had suffered a data breach where a link on the controller's website was publicly accessible allowing numerous files containing customer data to be viewed and downloaded. The DPA found that the controller had failed to implement adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and prevent such incidents.
