The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 60,000 on Salvator Mundi International Hospital s.r.l. The hospital had restricted access to its services to people with a Covid-19 Green Pass. The DPA emphasizes that the handling of personal data in the context of the green pass controls had a legal basis during the pandemic, but points out that the requirement of the green pass for access to healthcare services after the end of the pandemic could not be justified anymore.
