The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on EASYJET AIRLINE COMPANY LIMITED. A data subject had filed a complaint against the controller with the DPA due to the controller's failure to properly comply with their request for access to their personal data. The original fine of EUR 10,000 was reduced to EUR 8,000 due to voluntary payment.
