The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on IBERIA LÍNEAS AÉREAS DE ESPAÑA, S.A. OPERADORA. A data subject had filed a complaint against the controller with the DPA due to the controller's failure to properly comply with their request for access to their personal data. The original fine of EUR 50,000 was reduced to EUR 40,000 due to the voluntary payment.
