The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on ASNEF-EQUIFAX, SERVICIOS DE INFORMACIÓN SOBRE SOLVENCIA Y CRÉDITO, S.L.. A data subject had filed a complaint against the controller with the DPA due to the controller's failure to properly comply with their request for access to their personal data. The original fine of EUR 5,000 was reduced to EUR 4,000 due to voluntary payment.
