The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on Camera di Commercio Industria Artigianato e Agricoltura. An individual had filed a complaint against the controller with the DPA because the controller had published a decision without redacting the personal data of the data subject. The controller had previously been involved in a legal dispute with the data subject.
