The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on VODAFONE ESPAÑA, S.A.U.. A person had lodged a complaint with the DPA because they had received their telephone bill which, however, had been issued to a different name. The original fine of EUR 140,000 was reduced to EUR 112,000 due to voluntary payment.
