The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on a homeowners' association. A person had filed a complaint with the DPA due to the fact that the data controller had published a picture with their personal data unredacted in a WhatsApp group chat. The original fine of EUR 2,000 was reduced to EUR 1,600 due to voluntary payment.
