The Romanian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 3,000 on Constanța South Container Terminal SRL. The controller had suffered a data breach in which personal data of employees had been unlawfully accessed. During its investigation, the DPA found that the controller had failed to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
