The Spanish DPA imposed a fine of EUR 60,000 on AIRE NETWORKS DEL MEDITERRÃNEO, S.L. The controller did not implement sufficient technical and organisational measures to ensure information security, resulting in a data breach. The original fine of EUR 100,000 was reduced to EUR 60,000 due to immediate payment and admission of responsibility by the controller.
