The Czech DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on a legal person. Despite previously assuring the complainant that their personal data had been deleted from the accused's database and that it was no longer being processed, the accused contacted them with a commercial communication. The interaction between the accused and the complainant began when the accused reached out to them on LinkedIn with a job offer.
