The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on GESTIÓN DE VENTAS IBERIA S.L. The controller contacted a data subject for direct marketing purposes, thereby violating local laws. The controller also failed to inform the data subject how their data had been acquired.
