The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 60,000 on STRATESYS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, S.L. The controller failed to implement adequate technical and organisational measures, resulting in a data breach. The original fine of EUR 100,000 was reduced to EUR 60,000 due to immediate payment and admission of responsibility by the controller.
