Rechtbank Rotterdam 29 januari 2025, ECLI:NL:RBROT:2025:1497 (Blauw/Nebu vervolg, vragen aan deskundige). Artikel : 24 en 32 AVG Onderwerp: Een vervolg op Rechtbank Rotterdam 6 april 2023, ECLI:NL:RBROT:2023:2931 de Blauw/Nebu zaak. Deze zaak draait om de verplichtingen van Nebu als verwerker van persoonsgegevens onder de Blauw DPA. Deze overeenkomst bevat bepalingen over beveiliging, waaronder de verplichting om passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen te treffen. Blauw stelt dat Nebu tekortschoten in deze verplichtingen door onvoldoende beveiligingsmaatregelen, zoals multi-factor authenticatie (MFA) en datascheiding, te implementeren.
