Conclusie AG. Opzettelijk misbruik maken van identificerende persoonsgegevens van een ander. De afwijzing van de verzoeken tot het horen van getuigen en tot het doen van nader onderzoek is niet onbegrijpelijk en toereikend gemotiveerd. Middel faalt en kan worden afgedaan met art. 81.1 RO.
