De klacht betrof de beslissing van administratieve rechtbanken om het recht van T.P. op privacy te laten prevaleren boven het recht van de verzoekster op vrijheid van meningsuiting, zonder een juiste belangenafweging te maken. T.P. had gewelddadige, obscene en homofobe uitspraken gedaan tijdens de Pride Week in Chișinău, en de verzoekster, een bekende LGBTQ+ activiste, had hierover video's op Facebook geplaatst. De verzoekster werd bevolen deze video's te verwijderen. Het Hof concludeerde dat de administratieve rechtbanken ten onrechte het recht op privacy van T.P.
