BKR-registratie mag blijven bestaan. Als consument zo doorgaat mag van de bank de codering er in februari 2026 af. (punt. 2.12) De commissie ziet geen reden om dit tijdstip naar voren te halen. Voor zover er onjuiste gegevens zitten in de registratie (voorletter van consument) moet binnen vier weken na ontvangst van de uitspraak de bank dit corrigeren. (punt 4) Deze fout speelt echter niet mee bij bepalen duur van registratie.
