Hierin staan onder andere de voorwaarden om mensen te mogen benaderen met gerichte (getargete) online politieke reclame. De Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) heeft een leidraad opgesteld om organisaties te helpen voldoen aan deze nieuwe regels voor gerichte politieke reclame."
