“De commissie beslist dat de verzekeraar een bedrag van € 13.198,- aan de consument vergoedt, de omschrijving van de gebeurtenis aanpast in de onder 3.9 bedoelde zin en dat de registratie van de persoonsgegevens van de consument in de Gebeurtenissenadministratie en het IVR na een periode van maximaal drie jaar moet worden verwijderd, binnen vier weken nadat deze beslissing aan partijen is verstuurd.
