De Spaanse autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming (DPA) heeft een boete van 1.600 euro opgelegd aan NAROBESA INV, S.L. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft niet gereageerd op verzoeken van de DPA. De oorspronkelijke boete van 2.000 euro is verlaagd tot 1.600 euro vanwege de directe betaling.
