De Spaanse gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit heeft een boete van 2.000 euro opgelegd aan de ASOCIACIÓN NACIONAL DE TASADORES Y PERITOS JUDICIALES INFORMÁTICOS. De verantwoordelijke partij publiceerde een gerechtelijke uitspraak die persoonlijke gegevens van een betrokkene bevatte. Toen de betrokkene probeerde gebruik te maken van zijn rechten, reageerde de verantwoordelijke partij niet adequaat op het verzoek.
