De Italiaanse gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit heeft de gemeente Orte een boete van 6.000 euro opgelegd. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft videobewaking op haar grondgebied geïnstalleerd op een manier die niet in overeenstemming is met de basisprincipes van gegevensverwerking.
