De Spaanse autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming (DPA) heeft een boete van 600 euro opgelegd aan een beheerder van vastgoed. Deze beheerder exploiteerde een website voor eigenaren en huurders die geen adequate technische en organisatorische maatregelen had geïmplementeerd om de gegevensbeveiliging te waarborgen. De oorspronkelijke boete van 1.000 euro is verlaagd tot 600 euro vanwege de directe betaling en de erkenning van verantwoordelijkheid door de beheerder.
