De Spaanse gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit heeft KVIKU SPAIN, S.L. een boete van 2.400 euro opgelegd. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft persoonsgegevens van een betrokkene verwerkt zonder voldoende toestemming. De oorspronkelijke boete van 4.000 euro is verlaagd tot 2.400 euro vanwege de directe betaling en de erkenning van verantwoordelijkheid door de verantwoordelijke partij.
