De Spaanse autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming (DPA) heeft een boete van 1.200 euro opgelegd aan TRUEBA SPORT S.L. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft persoonlijke gegevens onthuld als gevolg van een menselijke fout. Bovendien heeft de verantwoordelijke partij geen privacyverklaring op haar website geplaatst. De oorspronkelijke boete van 2.000 euro is verlaagd tot 1.200 euro vanwege de directe betaling en de erkenning van verantwoordelijkheid door de verantwoordelijke partij.
