De Spaanse gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (DPA) heeft TRIVE CREDITSPAIN, S.L. een boete van 180.000 euro opgelegd. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft niet voldoende voldaan aan een bevel van de DPA. De oorspronkelijke boete van 225.000 euro is verlaagd tot 180.000 euro vanwege de onmiddellijke betaling door de verantwoordelijke partij.
