De Griekse autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming heeft een boete van 20.000 euro opgelegd aan de Griekse levensverzekeringsmaatschappij NN Greek Single-Member Anonymous. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft gefaald om de betrokkene de persoonlijke gegevens te verstrekken die deze had aangevraagd, waardoor het recht van de betrokkene op inzage is geschonden.
