De Poolse autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming heeft het kinderziekenhuis L. Zamenhof in Białystok een boete van 15.600 euro opgelegd. De verantwoordelijke partij heeft onvoldoende technische en organisatorische maatregelen genomen om de informatiebeveiliging te waarborgen, wat resulteerde in een ransomware-aanval op haar IT-systemen.
